How long does it take to get set up with LifeWise?

It takes minutes to set up a user on LifeWise, log in and start using lessons. We’ve spent time listening to our customers to create a simple and easy-to-navigate website, but if you ever need support, you can find the answers in our help centre or chat directly with a team member via the website.

What onboarding do you provide?

We offer an onboarding session to new schools when you kick off a subscription with LifeWise. The session is held via Zoom, with one of our team walking you through the website. The session typically lasts 20 minutes and includes a Q&A session.

Do you provide CPD training?

Yes, we do provide CPD training upon request for all school subscriptions. 

If I need help during my subscription, what services do you provide? 

We will provide you with an Account Manager, your primary contact point during your subscription. We have an online help centre, answers to typical support queries, and FAQ. You also have access to live chat during school hours. If you require additional training, you can work with your Account Manager to organise it.
